Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, noninvasive, totally holistic therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to every organ, gland and part of the body. It is a whole body treatment - not just a foot massage.  By balancing the body's natural energy it can be used to treat a variety of symptoms and may aid in the relief of a wide range of acute or chronic conditions. 

 
 
Indian Head Massage
40 minutes - £20
A relaxing therapy involving massage of the head, neck, shoulders and face. It relaxes the scalp and relieves neck and shoulder stiffness whilst restoring joint mobility and dispersing toxins. Overall, this style of massage will install a sense of balance, well-being and tranquility.
 
 
 
Hopi Ear Candles
inc. pressure point facial (approx 45 minutes) - £20
Course of 3 - £50
Hopi Ear Candles are a relaxing and non-invasive treatment.  Excellent for treating wax build-up, inner ear problems and sinusitis.  The treatment is also suitable for children and is a good alternative to uncomfortable syringing.  A course of three is advised initially, then regular monthly treatments to maintain benefits.

Therapeutic Body Massage is a soothing and relaxing method of relieving aches and pain, as well as improving health, by stroking, kneading and applying pressure to the muscles and other soft tissues in the body.  An excellent accompaniment to Physiotherapy.

Nirvana Indulgence Therapy

Treat your body to the ultimate experience.  Starting with a salt scrub to exfoliate those dead skin cells away; leaving your skin ready to absorb essential oils during a therapeutic Body & Scalp Massage.  Allow yourself to drift away and completely relax.
 
 
 
 
Angel Hands

The hands and arms are often neglected and the joints become tired and stiff.  This luxury hand and arm massage is deeply relaxing and nourishing; a total treat.  The hands are gently exfoliated and then massaged with essential oils, leaving them feeling light and pampered.
 
 
 
 
Nirvana Cherish Foot Therapy
45 minutes - £20
Indulge your feet with a gentle exfoliation to remove the dead skin cells, followed by the application of a rich moisturising cream and hot towel wrap.  Complete the experience with having essential oils massaged into the foot and lower leg.  So much more than a pedicure!
